Welcome to The Junior Cup. Your team has been accepted into the event. Below are important next steps:

CONFIRM ACCEPTANCE by following these steps:
1. Go to WWW.THEJUNIORCUP.COM.
2. Enter your TEAM ID NUMBER.
3. Click on the LOG IN button.
4. You will be sent to a page with your team information.
5. Click on the link that says "Confirm Attendance."
REGISTRATION
All registration is electronic. Requirements are the following documents:

1. A copy of your official team roster (please cross off players not participating); we do not need player cards submitted but they will be checked before each game.

2. An approved guest player form (if applicable) with guest player card
(a) if you are using a USYSA roster, your guest player must have a USYSA card and you must submit a USYSA guest player form.
(b) if you are using a US Club roster, your guest player must have a US Club card and you must submit a US Club guest player form.

YOU CAN'T MIX AND MATCH PLAYER CARDS.

3. The Ohio Compliance Form (this is a tournament specific form accessible when you confirm your attendance)

All registration materials must be submitted by April 27 online at https://form.jotform.com/230896543814161.
You can't partially submit registration materials. All documents must be in PDF form.

Please note there are potential consequences for late registration. Tie breaker G is: Registration materials submitted on time.

DIVISION PLACEMENT AND SCHEDULES
Divisions shall be posted online by the end of Sunday, April 7. At which time, we will take feedback through Friday, April 12. Please note feedback does not mean change. We will review the requested changes and make decisions we feel are appropriate. Schedules will be posted around Friday, April 19.
